OUR PEOPLE
THE STRENGTH OF IMGS SECURITY
At IMGS SECURITY, we firmly believe that security is not delivered by uniforms, it is delivered by people. Our people are not just employees, they are the face of trust, discipline, and commitment that we promise to every client in Ghaziabad, Noida, and across Delhi NCR. In an industry where most agencies hire unverified guards overnight, we at IMGS SECURITY follow a strict process of hiring, verification, training, and welfare.
We are a PSARA Licensed Security Agency under the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005. This means every single guard deployed by us has completed mandatory 21 days of PSARA training from a government-approved training centre. This training includes physical fitness, fire safety, first aid, gate management, visitor management, emergency response, and behavioral conduct. We never deploy untrained guards.
Police Verification is Non-Negotiable at IMGS SECURITY.
Every guard, lady guard, gunman, bouncer, and supervisor undergoes thorough police verification from their native district and current residence. We maintain a complete file for each guard including Aadhaar Card, Police Verification Certificate, Training Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate, and previous employment history. This file is shared with the client before deployment for complete transparency. When you hire IMGS SECURITY, you know exactly who is guarding your premises.
We understand that a financially secure guard is a loyal and alert guard. That is why we are one of the few security agencies in Ghaziabad that provides 100% NACH Compliant Payroll. Salary of every guard is credited directly to his bank account on the 7th of every month via NACH, without any delay or cash
